Registration is now open for the 2026 Retail Technology Show (RTS), as the leading event connecting retail’s changemakers with tech innovators gears up to deliver its biggest-ever innovation showcase.
Taking place on 22nd & 23rd April 2026 at London’s ExCeL, RTS will welcome over 16,000 senior retail professionals to retail’s flagship event.
With its new 2026 disco theme, RTS will bring together retail’s movers and shakers, the industry’s sharpest minds and the hottest tech redefining the sector, helping retailers harness disruption to fuel growth and power long-term performance.
From hot tech to burning topics
A hotbed of disruptive innovation, over 450+ tech providers will showcase solutions powering every part of retail – from agentic AI and retail media to supply chain evolution and next-gen customer engagement and loyalty.
As well as its Start Up Superstars, which spotlights new tech from the start-up community, RTS 2026 will also feature a new dedicated Cyber & Loss Prevention Zone. This will feature cutting-edge innovation to help retailers navigate rising cyber risk, prevent loss, reduce crime and keep colleagues and customers safe.
From the show floor to the stage, RTS’ conference programme will once again provide a platform for retail’s brightest minds to discuss the hottest topics and issues shaping the sector. 125+ industry luminaries – from retail leaders and brand trailblazers to thought leaders, analysts and influencers – will take to the stage, covering key topics selected and vetted by RTS’ Advisory Board.

Unrivalled networking at RTS
Known as the event where retailers make connections that matter, RTS’ trademark networking opportunities are back for 2026.
These will include Retail’s BIG Party, sponsored by PMC, on Day 1, which will play host to the annual RTS Innovation Awards. The Innovation Awards programme is set for a 2026 glow-up, allowing even more exhibitors to take part and with new categories creating opportunities for more technologies to shine.
In addition, RTS and its event partners will also offer a series of dedicated retailer dinners, roundtable lunches and a raft of satellite events. This will also include its popular London Store Tours, which will allow retailers to discover the best examples of bricks-and-mortar innovation, immersive brand experiences and the new store formats set to supercharge physical retail.
RTS broadens its EMEA delegation
2026 will also see RTS welcome a broader delegation of senior retailers from across Europe, as the flagship event continues to expand its international reach.
As well as strategic partnerships with European trade bodies, including Business France, which will help showcase the best innovation coming out of EMEA, RTS has also signed Lufthansa and Eurostar as official travel partners for 2026, making it even easier for European visitors to attend retail’s leading event.
