InPost, the UK out-of-home parcel delivery provider, has reached a major milestone with the installation of its 1,000th Tesco Locker location. The lockers provide shoppers with an easy and convenient way to collect, return, and send parcels while integrating seamlessly into their shopping trips at both large Tesco stores (Extra, Superstore, Petrol) and Tesco convenience stores (Tesco ESSO, Tesco Express).

Since the beginning of the partnership in 2021, InPost and Tesco have helped customers easily combine parcel returns and collection with their everyday routines. In fact, 66 percent of InPost Locker users combine their locker visit with a Tesco shop and more than half (53 percent) say they now visit Tesco more frequently because of the lockeri, delivering benefits to both customers and Tesco.

Customer satisfaction with InPost Lockers is also exceptionally high, with the majority of users rating the service 10/10 and would recommend it to a friend/colleagueii. Additionally, 75 percent of users reported that their Tesco visit was more convenient because of the lockers, further highlighting the positive impact on the overall shopping experienceiii.
