British Land’s Glasgow Fort retail park is set to welcome three new national retailers to its line-up of independent, local and national brands.

Global jewellery and accessory retailer Lovisa and heritage menswear retailer Moss will join the retail park, taking 1,000 sq ft and 3,750 sq ft respectively. Moss will be positioned next to M&S while Lovisa will be situated near to the recently opened Superdrug unit, further bolstering the strong fashion and lifestyle presence in the park.

The latest additions follow the growth of fashion footwear specialist Office at the retail park earlier this month. Office marked its next chapter of growth at Glasgow Fort with the opening of a c.5,000 sq ft Scottish flagship. The new store is more than double the size of the previous unit and stocks brands including Adidas, Birkenstock and UGG.

Popular US-fast food chain Wingstop also took 3,300 sq ft at the end of June, reflecting continued demand from leading food and beverage operators.

Lovisa will feature the brand’s latest concept store design, offering customers a fresh retail experience. This includes a dedicated piercing area for children and adults, and the store will also stock the brand’s full range of jewellery and accessories.

Moss will be located in the space formerly occupied by River Island, which recently undertook a major relocation within the retail park to establish a new flagship store.

The major new announcement reflects British Land’s ongoing investment at Glasgow Fort to ensure it continues to provide a vibrant and dynamic destination for visitors, with a focus on providing unique experiences.

This latest leasing activity follows a period of exceptional performance for Glasgow Fort in 2025, with the destination achieving record visitor numbers and an 8% year-on-year increase in footfall in the last 12 months, marking its strongest annual performance to date. This has been supported by consistent demand across the fashion, health & beauty, and food & beverage sectors, and reinforces the park’s role as a leading shopping and leisure destination in the region.

In May 2026, the business also submitted the planning application for a 60,000 sq ft expansion at the retail park. If approved, it will be one of the UK’s first major retail and leisure development investments since 2020 and will see an expansion of the existing Marks & Spencer, as well as an enhanced leisure offering, including bowling and arcades.

Ross McCall, retail leasing & commercialisation director at British Land, said: “The arrival of Moss, Lovisa and Wingstop, alongside Office’s continued investment in the destination, demonstrates the strong demand we’re seeing from retailers looking to grow at Glasgow Fort. We’re committed to continually evolving the park’s offer, ensuring it remains a destination that attracts leading brands and gives customers more reasons to visit.

This leasing activity builds on a period of strong growth and reflects our commitment to creating a vibrant environment that benefits both customers and occupiers. As we look to second half of the year, we’re confident that our evolving mix of brands will continue to drive positive momentum across the park.”

Cheryl Haroan, Regional Manager, Central Scotland & Northern Ireland at Lovisa, added: “As we continue to grow our UK footprint, Glasgow Fort represents an exciting opportunity for Lovisa. British Land has created a thriving retail destination with a strong mix of complementary brands, making it the ideal place for us to introduce our latest concept store and connect with even more customers.”
