
The Sushi Co has confirmed it will open seven new sites by the end of 2025. New franchised live kitchens are set to open in Basildon, Sidcup, Worthing, Islington, Hendon, Dalston and Redhill within the next few months.
Co-Founder of The Sushi Co Raheel Choudhary, explains: “The new openings agreed means we are on target to have 30 live kitchens open by the end of the year. We also have other deals in the pipeline ready for 2026, all with the aim of reaching 100 UK restaurants by the end of 2030. With our stores experiencing record average sales this summer, we have identified multiple franchise areas across London, the Home Counties for continued growth. However, the demand for our minutes fresh, healthy sushi is such that we are open to launching in all regions with approval.
