British menswear brand Charles Tyrwhitt has opened the doors to its latest UK store in Solihull on Friday 15th August on Mill Lane in Mell Square, marking the next step in the brand’s future focused retail strategy. With its mix of historic market town charm and a vibrant retail scene, Solihull has long been a stronghold for the brand’s online customers. The new store offers these loyal shoppers the opportunity to experience Charles Tyrwhitt’s product in person, while also introducing the brand to new audiences in the area.
Spanning 2,100 sq ft, the new location offers 1,500 sq ft of trading space for customers to explore the full customer first shopping experience. The new store debuts a new Charles Tyrwhitt’s mobile POS system, enabling team members to serve customers anywhere in the store – from style consultations at the shirt wall to swift “Tap to Pay” checkouts for those on a busy lunch break. The tech also gives customers instant access to the full product range via iPad, enhancing both convenience and connection.
The store is now open at 6 Mill Ln, Solihull, B91 3AX.
Retail Director at Charles Tyrwhitt, Lewis Felix, comments: “Opening new physical retail space is always exciting, as it allows you to build invaluable, lasting relationships with your core customer, becoming a part of the community in the process.
At Charles Tyrwhitt, we aim to make it easy for men to dress well, and we are very much looking forward to kitting out the people of Solihull, whatever the occasion. The Solihull store is our second location in the midlands, following on from our Birmingham opening in 2017, and kicks off a busy few months of new store openings for Charles Tyrwhitt – keep your eyes peeled!
Our store features a wide variety of products, from our staple shirts and suits to versatile smart casual pieces and high summer linen.”
