A Northern Irish outlet continues its streak of ‘first to market’ store concepts as it signs TFG London’s first ever tri-brand outlet store, combining Hobbs, Whistles and Phase Eight under one roof.
The three-in-one store at The Boulevard is set to open its 3,851 sq ft unit in spring 2026. The store will allow the distinct characters of each brand to stand out and give customers an extensive selection of womenswear to choose from, complementing the fashion mix on-site.
TFG London first entered the UK market in 2015, with the acquisition of Phase Eight and has since expanded its portfolio to include some of the UK’s most successful premium fashion and lifestyle brands, Whistles, Hobbs, Inside Story and White Stuff.
The first-of-its-kind outlet store will carry an extensive range of fashion, footwear and accessories at discounted prices, when it opens at The Boulevard, which is located along the main A1 corridor between capital cities Belfast and Dublin. Phase Eight’s offering will include a complete wardrobe solution for work, weekends, special occasions and beyond with everything from its iconic dresses to its bridal range available.
Contemporary fashion brand, Whistles will bring its distinctive yet refined collections to the new outlet store, with customers offered a range of timeless, foundational pieces that build a dynamic and long-lasting wardrobe, reflecting the multi-faceted lifestyles of modern women.
Evolving from a small shoe label into a powerhouse womenswear brand, Hobbs will continue to spearhead affordable luxury in its clothing range at The Boulevard, with tailored yet feminine everyday styles and standout event dressing.
TFG London said: “We are thrilled to open our first tri-brand outlet store, combining Phase Eight, Hobbs and Whistles all under one roof. When exploring where would be the right location for this concept store, The Boulevard stood out as the perfect fit with its already strong retail offering, dedicated customer base and convenient location to both Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland demographics. We cannot wait to open our doors and welcome all our customers this spring.”
Paul McCann, Asset Manager at Lotus Property said: “The Boulevard has an extremely strong track record of becoming home to many iconic brands first or only location, giving our customers an offering they can’t find anywhere else.
Signalling a resounding confidence in the scheme, TFG London is set to join The Boulevard in our most successful phase ever. We just recorded our best year on record in 2025 and have no plans to slow down in 2026 or beyond. We are delighted to welcome TFG London into The Boulevard family and have no doubt their new store will be a resounding success.”
Mark Johnstone, Director at Johnstone Property Consultants said: “This UK-first store reflects the strategy we have been working on with The Boulevard to continue to cement its place as one of Ireland’s leading retail destinations. Recently enjoying its fourth successive best year of sales and footfall. The Boulevard continues to be sought-after, with strong interest from national and international brands.”
The Boulevard is owned by Lotus Property supported by joint agents Johnstone Property Consultants and KLM Real Estate.
