
Meadowhall has announced that Style Suite, a brand-new personal shopper tool, has launched its debut physical location at the centre, creating a new milestone in AI-driven personalisation within physical retail environments.
Style Suite, created by 3DWD, is an AI-powered colour analysis and personal styling experience built specifically for retail destinations. Shoppers use their mobile phone to unlock the AI technology and receive a free personalised colour analysis within seconds. Each customer’s results are stored in a digital profile accessed through their phone’s wallet, allowing shoppers to take their colour palette into stores for a more integrated shopping experience.
Delivered as a standalone activation, Style Suite combines cutting-edge AI with an engaging, physical experience. The concept is designed to boost engagement, dwell time, and conversion, giving shoppers confidence in their choices through personalised recommendations.
As the debut location for this concept, Meadowhall reinforces its position at the forefront of experiential and technology-led retail. It showcases how AI can enhance the customer experience and support the evolving expectations of modern shoppers, in support of physical retail.
