Pasta Evangelists, the artisan pasta brand, is expanding its restaurant portfolio with three new openings this summer. The brand is bringing its signature freshly made pasta and immersive dining experiences to London’s Shoreditch and Soho, as well as Winchester, further cementing its position as the go-to destination for authentic Italian pasta dining in the UK.
The summer expansion marks another significant chapter in Pasta Evangelists’ restaurant journey. In London, the brand will open at 121 Bethnal Green Road in Shoreditch (July), a site designed to channel the spirit of Palermo, complete with statement Arabesque washbasins that reference the island’s 400-year Moorish history and a series of hidden details for guests to discover. A second London opening follows at 68–70 Wardour Street in Soho (July/August), building on the strong demand the brand has seen at its nearby New Oxford Street restaurant. These new openings follow the brand’s recent arrival in Chelsea and form part of a growing network of London restaurants that now spans key areas of the city.
Outside of the capital, Pasta Evangelists will open at 9–11 High Street in Winchester in July, its largest restaurant to date with 131 covers and five pasta-making events per week. The site joins the existing out-of-London location in Guildford, and brings the brand’s UK restaurant portfolio to 14 sites in total.
All three new restaurants will showcase Pasta Evangelists’ refreshed restaurant design concept and will offer both dine-in and the signature pasta-making experiences, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy freshly made pasta in a beautiful setting or to learn to craft it themselves.
Finn Lagun, co-founder of Pasta Evangelists, said: “We are incredibly excited to be bringing Pasta Evangelists to Shoreditch, Soho and Winchester this summer. Each of these locations has its own distinct character and energy, and we can’t wait to introduce our freshly made pasta and hands-on pasta-making experiences to a whole new wave of guests. Our restaurants have always been about more than a meal, they’re about connection, craft and a genuine love of Italian food, and that is exactly what all three new sites will deliver.”
Pasta Evangelists’ growing restaurant portfolio sits alongside a wealth of further openings in the pipeline as the brand continues to expand its presence across the country. This summer also sees the launch of Pasta Evangelists’ ‘Summer in Amalfi’ campaign, with the brand turning its restaurants into a slice of the Amalfi Coast for the season. Guests can look forward to special seasonal dishes and an exclusive pasta-making masterclass inspired by the flavours and traditions of Southern Italy.
