Network Rail Property has just welcomed an exciting new Indi-Go Rasoi unit at London Liverpool Street station.

The opening of Indi-Go Rasoi at Liverpool Street station marks Indi-Go Rasoi’s largest store to date. Designed with a contemporary and luxurious feel featuring Indi-Go Rasoi’s signature colours and bold finish, the new restaurant is a space created for customers to relax and zone out in comfort.

Founded by Ranu Miah, Indi-Go Rasoi was born out of a desire to fill a gap in the quick service restaurant sector — bringing premium Indian cuisine into a fast, efficient format without compromising on quality. Whether it’s a customer looking for the comfort of familiar favourites or someone curious to try Indian street food for the first time, Indi-Go Rasoi has created something that speaks to everyone.

The Liverpool Street store is the first to offer a brand-new breakfast menu — including Paratha Egg Rolls, Masala Dosa, Toasties, and more — served daily from 7am to 11am. The menu has been thoughtfully created to serve hungry, time-pressed commuters and morning travellers looking for something hot, fresh, and satisfying on the go.

Customers coming later in the day can enjoy freshly made breads and pastries from the traditional tandoor in the window of the unit. And the Indi-Bento — Indi-Go Rasoi’s popular build-your-own box – is a great way to try a customisable selection of the food available as you can choose a base, pick your main, and add two sides. Another option is the Kati roll – a popular Indian street food -for those looking for something smaller.

The last 18 months has seen Network Rail proactively evolve the retail mix across its 19 managed stations by introducing new brands and experiences. This strategy is paying off with Network Rail Property achieving £240.5m in total retail sales during Q3, a + seven percent uplift (covering October to December 2024). During Q3 2024, 24 retail units opened across Network Rail’s 19 managed stations.

Hamish Kiernan, Commercial Director, Property at Network Rail, comments: “We’re thrilled to welcome Indi-Go Rasoi to Liverpool Street, our busiest station in the UK. Diversifying the food & drink offerings at our stations is a key part of our overarching retail strategy, providing a number of high-quality options for the customers and commuters who regularly use our stations.”

Ranu Miah, Owner at Indi-Go Rasoi, comments: “We’re incredibly excited to open our first unit with Network Rail — and there’s no better place to start than Liverpool Street, the busiest station in the UK. The energy here is non-stop, with commuters, tourists, and city workers all passing through every day. It’s exactly the kind of setting Indi-Go Rasoi was made for — fast, fresh, and full of flavour.

This launch is a big milestone for us, and we see it as another step in sharing our food to even more people across the country.”
