EE and Samsung to deliver free AI training sessions

• EE and Samsung are teaming up to offer consumers free AI training sessions at the EE Studio in Westfield White City throughout March
• The masterclasses, delivered by Samsung specialists, are part of EE’s retail commitment to help customers get the most out of their connected tech
• Anyone attending a session will receive a £100 voucher, redeemable on technology purchases of £150 or more from EE online

EE is teaming up with Samsung to offer free bookable AI training sessions for people looking for help to get the most out of their connected technology. This comes as research shows only 28 percent of people feel confident in their ability to use AI tools in their daily lives¹, highlighting a growing need for hands-on support.

The AI masterclasses, delivered by Samsung specialists at the EE Studio in Westfield White City, will run daily until the 5^th of April, and are open to everyone.

In small groups of up to eight people, participants will learn how to use Galaxy AI tools on the new Samsung S26 Ultra for a range of uses, such as photography, note taking, translation, and searching for information online, and gain a deeper understanding of how to stay safe online when doing so.

The informal 20-minute sessions will showcase the capabilities of the Galaxy AI platform on Samsung devices, with specially trained experts available to offer personalised support.

All attendees will also receive a £100 voucher to use on tech purchases of £150 or more from EE at ee.co.uk Customers could treat themselves to a Samsung Tab A11 Plus for just £99, for example.

With Easter just around the corner, the sessions also offer a playful glimpse into how technology can help create unique greeting cards. Participants can snap their own photos, enhance them using Galaxy AI, and decorate their creations with festive motifs, like blooming tulips, cheerful bunnies and pastel flourishes.

The sessions will run until 5^th April, at the following times:

• Monday to Saturday – 11am, 1pm, 4pm
• Sunday – 1pm, 4pm

The Easter sessions will be available:
