Derbion has announced that international beauty brand Bath & Body Works will be joining its line-up later this year.
The retailer has selected Derbion for its first location in the East Midlands after it signed a 10-year lease to occupy a 1,425 sq ft store.
The new Derbion store will bring Bath & Body Works’ wide range of luxurious fragrances, skincare products, and home essentials to Derby shoppers as it continues its UK expansion.
The US-based retailer currently operates across 54 locations in the UK and Ireland, with 13 dedicated stores, all of which stock its array of scents from popular classics, like Japanese Cherry Blossom and Gingham, to seasonal favourites.
Bath & Body Works becomes the latest international brand to come to Derbion following the recent arrivals of FatFace, Victoria’s Secret, Castore, and Seasalt, as the shopping centre continues to evolve its line-up.
Health and beauty has been one of the best performing sectors for Derbion with the shopping centre reporting a growth in sales over 2025 compared to the previous year. As a result, five of Derbion’s health and beauty retailers have refit or relocated in the past two years, investing a combined £3.37m in their stores as they look to enhance the shopper experience.
Beth McDonald, Managing Director at Derbion said: “We’re delighted that Bath & Body Works will be joining the centre and we’re incredibly proud to have been selected as its first location for a dedicated store in the East Midlands. The decision is testament to the continued evolution of Derbion as we cement our position as the home of beauty in the region.
The addition of Bath & Body Works and a raft of recent openings, demonstrates our ongoing commitment to delivering the very best retail and leisure experience for our shoppers, and we look forward to announcing further centre news soon.”
Jo Part from Bath & Body Works said: “Derbion’s place as the leading retail destination in the East Midlands makes it the perfect location for our first store in the region. We hope our unique offering will attract shoppers from far and wide as we continue to grow our presence across the UK.”
