Victoria Leeds, owned and operated by Redical, has announced that AS Colour, the premium blank clothing retailer, has made its Yorkshire debut in the historic Victoria Quarter.

The New Zealand-born retailer has launched into a 4,351 sq ft space across two levels. Founded on quality, longevity, and the perfect fit, fabric and finish, the new store showcases the brand’s refined collection of blank apparel as part of its commitment to slow-fashion staples, for versatile wearing.

AS Colour bolsters the premium selection of fashion retailers available at the destination. Its arrival at Victoria Leeds underscores its position as a key regional anchor and marks a significant milestone in the retailer’s ongoing UK expansion strategy, due to its diverse catchment with an appetite for prestigious brands.

Rachel Bradburn, Head of Leasing at Redical, said: “AS Colour’s Yorkshire debut reminds us of Victoria Leeds’ importance in enabling brands to establish a strong brick-and-mortar presence, as retailers continue to launch milestone stores within its walls. AS Colour undoubtedly adds something different to our premium fashion mix, and we are confident they will benefit from our engaged catchment and continue on an upwards trajectory.”

This news follows the recent Victoria Leeds Fashion Show, held as part of its wider Fashion Week, coinciding with the 10th anniversary of Victoria Gate. The sold-out event showcased the exceptional range of retail brands that call Victoria Leeds home, featuring Spring/Summer collections.

LM and Central Retail acted for Redical. Lightlease represented AS Colour.
