• Restorative sound baths, silent discos and neuroscience workshops headline new free-to-attend immersive experience
  • The 11-day event will host mood-matching mocktails, mindful movement sessions, affirmation workshops, breathwork, meditation, and expert-led talks on women’s health

Westfield London is offering the chance to step into a world where science meets sensation, with the launch of Feel the Frequency. The free, luxury wellness experience has been designed to reset the nervous system and boost mood, focus and energy, and runs from Wednesday 25th March to Saturday 4th April.

The event marks the launch of Westfield London’s expanded, premium health and wellness offering at The Village, which blends luxury and innovation to deliver a curated collection of high-end health services and products.

The programme brings together silent discos, crystal sound baths, meditation, breathwork, neuroscience-led talks on PMS and endometriosis, one-to-one neurostimulation experiences and more. Each guest will be fuelled by a personalised wellness drink tailored to their mood:

The Mood Apothecary, by functional soda brand G Spot

A sensorial wellness bar by Gillian Anderson, where emotion translates into flavour.

Silent disco: Guests can dance like no one’s watching as they switch between music channels on wireless headphones while enjoying a functional soda.

Meditation & breathwork: A 20-minute class to pause, reset and calm the nervous system, supporting the body’s natural return to balance and clarity.

Sound bath workshop: Crystal singing bowls guide the body into a restorative state. Sustained sound vibrations help slow the nervous system, steady the breath and release physical tension – leaving guests feeling balanced, supported and internally aligned.

Sensorial wellness bar: Guests complete a short quiz to receive a drink tailored to their mood, and explore an interactive library of ingredients, scents and botanicals to discover their functional benefits.

The Synapse Spa, by neurotech start-up Samphire Neuroscience

A calm, immersive space where brain-based innovation for women’s health takes centre stage.

Expert talk on the neuroscience of periods and PMS, with founder Dr. Emilė Radytė:

Neuroscientist Dr Emilė Radytė explores the brain-hormone connection across the menstrual cycle — explaining the science behind symptoms such as anxiety, brain fog and cramps, and how to better work with your cycle, not against it.

Expert talk on the Neuroscience of endometriosis, with founder Dr. Emilė Radytė: A science-led session exploring how the brain, nerves and inflammation influence endometriosis pain – and what emerging research means for treatment and symptom management.

1–1 Guided Nettle™ Stimulation Session: A chance to try the clinically approved Nettle™ wearable, a non-invasive neurostimulation device designed to help ease menstrual pain and PMS. Each 30-minute session includes a guided experience and personalised insights into brain-based pain regulation.

Visitors will leave with a Cycle-Brain Guide, distilling the latest research on hormone-brain connections into practical, accessible insights.

The Digital Lab, by global mindful movement SANCTUM

A space to explore guided discovery, affirmation practices and curated visual storytelling – a calm moment of stillness within the centre.

Mindful movement and breathwork sessions: SANCTUM’s music-led, high-intensity energiser experience helps guests reignite energy, focus and creativity in just 20 minutes. Described as a ‘reckoning’, the experience combines movement and breathwork to reset the body and mind, and enter a deep, focused state.

Affirmation sessions: Guests can explore the law of attraction through movement, mindset and embodiment. The experience is designed to reconnect participants, unlocking new levels of focus, creativity, and self-awareness within a shared, energising atmosphere.

Expert-led beauty, health and wellness panels and showcases, powered by Prince Pharmacy: A series of expert-led sessions and showcases covering topics including skin barrier repair, cognitive vitality, advanced skincare and natural eczema treatments.
