Lone Design Club (LDC), the retail innovator pioneering technology-enabled flexible retail, has announced a strategic partnership with The Bicester Collection, marking a defining moment in the evolution of global luxury retail. The Bicester Collection, whose 11 destination shopping villages span Europe and China and include world-renowned locations such as Bicester Village (UK), La Vallée Village (Paris) and La Roca Village (Barcelona), has chosen LDC’s Revolving Spaces model to establish a new approach to premium retail leasing. The collaboration debuted on 23rd October in Kildare Village in Ireland.
The partnership brings together LDC’s proprietary retail technology with The Bicester Collection’s reputation for curation, excellence, and guest experience, creating a new way for brands to access the luxury retail environment. Through Revolving Spaces, a 1,500 sqft unit at Kildare Village will be subdivided into 10–15 premium micro-concessions, allowing emerging and established brands to book short-term, fully supported retail spaces within one of Europe’s most exclusive shopping destinations.
Brands including Chelsea Peers, Ottoman Hands, Anne Louise Boutique, Strathberry, CurrentBody, and Paige have already confirmed participation.
“The Bicester Collection doesn’t partner lightly; they’ve built their reputation on curating the world’s most desirable luxury brands and delivering exceptional experiences. For them to adopt our Revolving Spaces model signals that flexibility and technology aren’t just for the high street, they’re the future of premium retail. This partnership validates everything we’ve built and represents a huge step forward for the industry,” said Rebecca Morter, Founder and CEO, Lone Design Club.
For The Bicester Collection, the collaboration offers a way to continuously refresh brand curation and make data-driven leasing decisions, replacing instinct with insight while future-proofing the retail experience for both landlords and brands. Brands gain access to real-time performance analytics, footfall, conversion, and sales data, enabling smarter scaling and market entry decisions.
“Innovation has always been central to Value Retail’s success. Partnering with Lone Design Club allows us to test new concepts, discover emerging brands, and enhance the experience for our guests. This is about the future of retail blending data, creativity, and flexibility to keep our destinations inspiring and relevant,” said Victor Biffi Rosano Business Director Kildare Village.
The model de-risks long-term leases for both landlords and brands, creates operational efficiency, and enhances the guest experience through ever-changing retail stories. If successful, the partnership will extend across Value Retail’s 11 international villages, potentially creating the largest premium flexible retail network in Europe and Asia. This would allow brands to test and trade across multiple luxury destinations through a single platform, a seamless, data-backed ecosystem for modern retail.
“We’ve proven this model across major UK landlords like Hammerson, Landsec and Ingka centres. Now, with The Bicester Collection, we’re taking it global, showing that even the world’s most prestigious retail destinations can benefit from operational agility and innovation,” added Rebecca.
