Designer sofa and furniture brand Nick Scali is set to arrive at The Cribbs Retail Park, after signing an 10-year lease for a new 14,660 sq ft store.

The new showroom will bring an extensive range of contemporary sofas, dining furniture, bedroom collections and home accessories to shoppers from across the West Country and beyond.

Visitors will soon be able to browse Nick Scali’s collection alongside an established mix of home, electrical, sport and leisure retailers, including Currys, Next Home & Garden, Wren Kitchens, Sports Direct and Club Golf.

The signing reflects sustained demand from leading international retailers for retail warehouse space in prime locations, with Cribbs remaining one of the UK’s strongest retail destinations, attracting millions of visitors annually.

Katie Searle, Director, Asset Management, at Sovereign Centros by CBRE, said: “We are delighted to welcome Nick Scali to The Retail Park. The brand is an excellent addition to our retail mix and further enhances our position as the home of high-quality furniture in the South West.

“One of Cribbs’ greatest strengths is the breadth of complementary retailers located across the destination. Customers can shop for furniture, homeware, electricals, sport and leisure in one place, with everything within a short walk and convenient parking throughout the scheme. Cribbs offers a genuinely joined-up shopping experience that continues to attract West Country locals and visitors alike.”

Sovereign Centros from CBRE provide full asset management services across Cribbs on behalf of M&G Real Estate, while Time Retail Partners and Cushman & Wakefield are retained letting agents for the centre, with Green & Partners retained in the leasing advisory role.
