Neptune to open major concession store at Fenwick Newcastle this October

British home and lifestyle brand Neptune will open a new 4,000 sq ft showroom at Fenwick Newcastle this October, marking the brand’s first-ever store within a department store and Fenwick’s largest concession to date.

The landmark opening will bring Neptune’s whole-home offering to Newcastle, creating an immersive retail destination that invites customers to experience the brand’s distinctive approach to interiors in full. Designed in line with Neptune’s established store ethos, the showroom will feature complete roomsets across living, dining, kitchen and bedroom spaces.

The space will also include a dedicated Design Library, where visitors can consider materials, colours, fabrics and finishes, alongside an in-house design service offering tailored support for projects of every scale.

The Fenwick Newcastle opening forms part of Neptune’s wider considered retail growth strategy. Looking ahead, the brand plans to open between two and four stores each year, expanding its presence in carefully selected locations while maintaining the considered, immersive retail experience for which it is known.

With existing in-showroom displays in Bradley Gardens (Wylam) and Bridgewater Interiors (Gateshead), by partnering with Fenwick, Neptune expands into its first full store format within a department-store, while remaining true to its established showroom approach – creating spaces that help customers visualise and build homes that feel personal, practical and enduring.
