centre:mk, one of the UK’s top 10 prime regional destinations, has announced that Lindt, the Swiss chocolatier, has signed to open its latest concept store in the heart of Milton Keynes.
The 1,670 sq ft boutique-style store will be situated on Silbury Arcade. Complementing the surrounding premium tenants, Lindt’s new elevated store format will offer visitors an immersive chocolate experience. Guests can explore the brand’s signature flavour ranges, alongside its new and exclusive in-store lines.
The concept has been developed to deliver a more personalised and immersive experience, evolving beyond the brand’s traditional retail model. Lindt will further strengthen centre:mk’s retail mix and reinforces its position as a best-in-class destination for leading brands and elevated retail concepts.
Kevin Duffy, centre:mk’s Centre Director, commented: “Lindt is a compelling addition to our retail mix, appealing to both everyday consumers and more affluent groups. Through its new boutique format, it will provide a sense of luxury and will sit seamlessly alongside our existing brands and enhance our overall proposition, complementing our food and beverage offer, especially with the upcoming arrival of Knoops. This strategic signing reinforces our commitment to bringing in best-in-class brands that resonate with our guests and continue to elevate the quality of the scheme.”
Faythe King, Retail, D2C and eCommerce Director at Lindt, added: “Milton Keynes is a key regional location for us, with centre:mk providing the ideal environment for our latest store concept. Our boutique format has performed strongly to date, and we’re confident it will resonate with centre:mk’s extensive catchment. The concept reflects the premium and indulgent nature of our products, offering customers something fresh and engaging while also sparking a genuine sense of discovery.”
