Primark has launched its first ever mobile customer app in the UK, bringing the Primark experience directly into the hands of shoppers for the very first time. Brits will join Irish and Italian shoppers who have enjoyed browsing their much-loved items via the Primark app since last year, after the retailer launched in both markets last summer.

Available to download now from Apple Store and Google Play Store, the new app brings the full Primark experience into the palm of your hand, letting users enjoy the ease of digital browsing and its popular Click & Collect service while still capturing the excitement of in-store discovery.

A built-in store locator provides quick access to opening hours and directions, while the Favourites feature allows users to save top picks for their next visit. Shoppers can access personalised notifications to stay up to date on the latest arrivals, collection launches and exclusive updates. All of this is delivered through an intuitive, user-friendly app design that ensures effortless navigation.

The new app works seamlessly alongside Primark’s popular Click & Collect service, which is available in all 189 stores across England, Scotland and Wales, letting shoppers browse, order and pay for their items online before picking them up in store – adding faster, easier and more convenient shopping experiences for everyone.

The retailer has been steadily investing in digital, building on the success of its social media platforms – over 25 million followers globally, consistent website growth with 25 percent of people who visit the UK website using the stock check feature.

The launch of the app in the UK follows successful launches in Italy and Ireland last year and reflects a growing demand from customers who want digital tools that complement their in-store experience.
