Danish-founded juice, coffee and sandwich brand JOE & THE JUICE continues its significant UK stores expansion, with four new store openings over just six weeks across November and December 2025. Including other launches earlier this year, the total of new UK openings across 2025 amounts to 16, forming part of the brand’s strategy to expand to more than 1,000 branches globally in the next five years.
The expansion comes as JOE & THE JUICE records a 31 percent increase in UK stores, from a total of 68 stores at the end of 2023 to 89 by the end of 2025, driven by rapidly increasing demand for its freshly prepared juices, shakes, coffee and signature sandwiches.
New locations include JOE & THE JUICE’s first-ever stores in Cambridge this November, and Bath and Windsor in December. The brand is also strengthening its presence in Manchester with new sites at the Trafford Centre in November and Mosley Street in February 2026, following a site opening at Manchester Airport and a flagship store at Manchester Cross St, adjacent to the Arndale, earlier this year.
Jon James, JOE & THE JUICE’s UK Managing Director, comments: “The response from UK customers this year has been incredible. Each new store we’ve opened has outperformed expectations, which gives us huge confidence as we accelerate our stores into new regions. The UK continues to be one of our most exciting growth markets and we’re looking forward to expanding our reach, this year and next!”
The brand’s mission – to empower people to embrace a healthier, better-for-you lifestyle without compromise – aligns closely with UK consumer trends in 2025. Consumers are increasingly prioritising fresh, high-quality convenience-led food and drink options that support wellbeing.
The Q4 openings mark the beginning of a larger-scale roll-out planned for 2026, which will see the brand expand into further regional markets across the UK, building on strong performance and a growing national customer base.
