Outlet Shopping at The O2 has announced a flurry of leasing activity at the destination, including outlet debuts for Lovisa and T.M. Lewin, and a London outlet debut for The Entertainer. This coincides with the launch of a new ‘roboshop’ from viral retailer POP MART, and an upsize from New Balance as it looks to make the most of the outlet’s growing momentum. On track for a stellar end to 2025, the destination has enjoyed a 23 percent uplift in sales throughout November vs 2024, and footfall up 24 percent across the whole scheme.

  • Signing for its outlet debut, jewellery brand Lovisa will open a 1,722 sq ft unit adjacent to premium retailers Dune London and Kurt Geiger. Lovisa’s position as the destination’s second dedicated jewellery retailer is set to bolster the category even further, with accessories up 38 percent over November vs the same period in 2024. The store will offer its full range of necklaces, earrings and rings available to shop, as well as its piercing facilities.
  • Outlet Shopping at The O2 has welcomed British heritage brand T.M. Lewin, launching the retailer’s only outlet location after returning to physical retail earlier this year. Opening into a 1,827 sq ft space, T.M. Lewin has extended the destination’s menswear offer, stocking a range of shirts, suits, and accessories.
  • The Entertainer has made its London outlet debut in a 2,121 sq ft store. Boasting an extensive range of toys and games, the store has extended the destination’s family-friendly line-up, stocking leading brands such as LEGO, Barbie, Disney, and Nintendo.
  • Outlet Shopping at The O2 has also welcomed a ‘roboshop’ from art toy retailer POP MART, sitting adjacent to Mint Café. The retailer has delivered its popular vending machine concept to an outlet for the first time, adding a distinct point of difference that accommodates the increased demand and global success of the ‘blind box’ model.
  • Long-standing tenant New Balance is set to reinvest at the outlet, upsizing into a new 3,129 sq ft unit. The space will sport the brand’s new store concept, with additional space available for wider stock collections, highlighting the continued relevance of Outlet Shopping at The O2 as a retail destination.

Louisa Dalgleish, Leasing Director at Outlet Shopping at The O2, commented: “As a destination already full of leading retail, the fact that we continue to attract such strong brands for their outlet debuts speaks volumes about our sustained momentum. Our success is a direct result of our collaborative landlord approach and the strength of our tenant mix, and our positive results throughout November are a clear indication that things show no sign of slowing down, with us remaining firmly front of mind for new entries into the outlet market.”

Dan Ferris, Managing Director at T.M. Lewin, added: “Our re-entry into physical retail has been a big move for us this year, and we have carefully selected locations where we believe our stores can get the best experience, regular customers, and be part of a community. Outlet Shopping at The O2 ticks all the boxes, and it has proven time and time again the success that can be achieved here.”
