Station Hill, the transformational £850m mixed-use development at the heart of Reading town centre is set to welcome the global cocktail and Social Darts bar brand, Flight Club to its growing retail and leisure offering.

Flight Club has signed a 15-year lease for a 6,211 sq ft unit at ONE Station Hill, the 275,000 sq ft Grade A office space at the centre of the wider award-winning Station Hill scheme which has received industry acclaim for its pivotal role in redefining urban living and working in Reading.

The new venue will front over two acres of new, activated public realm which has transformed the area, seamlessly connecting the town centre to Reading Station and providing a range of attractive open spaces for people to dwell and enjoy.

Flight Club, which launched its first site in 2015 in Shoreditch, has grown to have over 30 locations worldwide across the UK, Ireland, Australia and America. Reading’s venue at the heart of the Thames Valley, will stay true to Flight Club’s signature aesthetic, combining the feel of a traditional Victorian pub with a fairground twist.

Flight Club is set to benefit from its prime location at Station Hill, strategically located across from Reading Station, one of the UK’s largest transport interchanges with seamless connections to London and the wider South East.

Flight Club joins an already thriving Station Hill community. Surrounded by leading retail and leisure brands like Berkshire-based Siren Craft Brew and Notes Coffee Roasters and connected to the vibrant Ebb&Flow residential development, it complements a growing network of global businesses at ONE Station Hill including PwC, NewFlex, PepsiCo and Kenvue. With this prime location, Flight Club is poised to be a standout attraction for businesses and visitors alike as the competitive socialising trend continues to grow.

Opening in 2026, the darts bar will join an exciting F&B offering including Italian Trattoria Angelos, Japanese restaurant Kawaii and 1650 Coffee Co., further cementing Station Hill’s position as a leading destination where people can live, work, eat and play.

Alex Aitchison at Lincoln Property Company and on behalf of the Lincoln MGT JV said: “It’s fantastic to be welcoming Flight Club to Station Hill, right in the heart of Reading. Station Hill is already a buzzing, well-connected destination that people in Reading enjoy and take pride in.

We’re confident that Flight Club will add even more energy to that experience and strengthen our popular retail and leisure offering, reinforcing our position as a key destination in the Thames Valley where people want to work, live and play. We look forward to welcoming Flight Club to our award-winning scheme.”

Steve Moore, CEO and co-founder of Flight Club, said, “Get ready, Reading! We are thrilled to be bringing the Flight Club experience to Station Hill next year. We’re setting up shop right in the heart of the action to deliver what we do best: high-energy fun, incredible cocktails, and unforgettable social moments. We are already looking forward to opening the doors and kicking off the party in 2026.”
