Registration is now officially open for the sourcing event of the summer – the Home & Gift Buyers’ Festival! Returning to Harrogate from 20th – 23rd July 2025, the festival is thrilled to announce its 65th  year of supporting the retail industry, cementing themselves as the North’s go-to summer sourcing trade event.

As UK retail’s premier summer trade show, this vibrant summer showcase is the ultimate destination for retailers and designers looking to source, network, and celebrate in a dynamic setting. This landmark celebration promises to be a spectacular display of the best in British design, retail community, and summer festivities, including:

  • Over 500 exhibitors spanning seven halls and design points – over 30 precent of which are brand new to the event
  • An increased show floor, boasting over 10 percent more exhibitors than 2024
  • Over 20,000 products on display across the home, gift, and lifestyle spectrum
  • 6,000 quality buyers from across the UK and beyond, 33 percent of which visited for the first time in 2024

One of the standouts of this year’s festival is the exclusive Trends Feature; expertly curated by Clarion Retail’s official Trends Partner, The Better Trends Co. (TBTC), this installation will showcase three specially curated and immersive trends. Further cementing the relationship, TBTC Co-founders Nathalie Alexander and Louise Healy have also designed this year’s ‘Summer Soiree’ show theme. Commenting, Louise explained: “For a huge brand anniversary such as 65 years of Home & Gift, we knew it had to encapsulate everything the show represents; the Summer Soirée trend was the perfect embodiment of outside dining, stylish stripes and elevated tablescapes, blended with Home & Gift’s British heritage and retro summer party atmosphere!”

Attendees can also look forward to the announcement of the coveted Gift of the Year’s ‘People’s Choice Award’ on Sunday in partnership with The Giftware Association. Throughout all four days of the show, attendees can browse an accompanying physical showcase of Gift of the Year winners in Hall B.

Famed for its networking and social elements, visitors and exhibitors alike can also mingle and raise a toast to a successful first day at the famous Sunday Sundowners, dance the night away with the rest of the industry at the Show Party on Monday evening and enjoy drinks on the lawn as the show closes for the day on Tuesday.

Loyal visitors and VIPs will also have access to the exclusive Indigo Lounge in the Majestic Hotel, where they can relax, enjoy complimentary refreshments and plan their day in the comfort of beautiful Victorian elegance.

The Home & Gift Buyers’ Festival attracts a diverse range of key retailer types, including independents, internet retailers, garden centres, interior designers, department stores, and galleries and museums.

Notable brands who will be unveiling their latest collections and new launches include Aquarelle Home, Big Metal, Bomb Cosmetics, Bookspeed, Caroline Gardner, CHALK UK, Designworks Ink, Dutch Imports, Essential Designs London, Gingko Design, Joe Davies, Kikkerland, Hill Interiors, Langs, Le Toy Van, Miss Shorthair, My Doris, Ohh Deer, Roka London, Suck UK, Stoneglow Candles, Talking Tables, and The Art File.

Visitors and exhibitors alike have praised the event for its outstanding atmosphere and opportunities:

“Home & Gift is very well laid out, with a nice, relaxed atmosphere and lovely hospitality areas to regroup when needed. Crucially – it has plenty of new suppliers – which is vital for a company like ours,” said a representative from Blue Diamond.

“We’ve ventured back to Home & Gift after a few years away and are so glad we decided to give it a go… We’ve gained new customers, friends, and seen faces we love to see at the shows… Everything we could have asked for with sugar on top!” added Meg Hawkins Art.

Commenting on the incredible landmark, Event Director David Westbrooke anticipates another record-breaking edition: “As we celebrate the 65th anniversary of Home & Gift, I’m filled with immense pride and excitement; this milestone is testament to the enduring value and significance of our show within the retail community, and the trust that they place in it. With such meaningful growth over the past few editions, it remains a shining jewel in the crown of the retail industry and is packed to the rafters with fantastic brands. I look forward to welcoming everyone to Harrogate this July to mark the special occasion. Whether you’re a returning visitor or joining us for the first time, I know you’ll find inspiration, make valuable connections, and enjoy the unique blend of business and pleasure that Home & Gift is famous for. Here’s to another unforgettable year!”
