Westfield welcomes Global Brands for Christmas Experiences

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) is excited to welcome a range of global brands to Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City this Christmas, as they look to make the most of the return of the festive shopping period.

With over 40 million visitors to both London centres since retail reopened in Spring this year, brands including Givenchy and JP Morgan have identified a prime opportunity to reach a wide audience this Christmas and have chosen Westfield London and Stratford City to host innovative experiences and launch new products to festive shoppers.

Several brands are looking to engage visitors carrying out their Christmas shopping, in industries ranging from beauty and luxury, to finance, tech and home appliances, showcasing the wide range of sectors looking to capitalise on the opportunities pop-ups offer, especially in the run-up to Christmas. The experiences offer visitors even more choice when it comes to their Christmas gift-buying. Brands including Givenchy and Dior make their return once more to the centres, following hugely successful activations in the past several years, with Givenchy now launching at Westfield London for the very first time.

This year shoppers can experience a range of in-centre activations at both London centres:



  • Givenchy(Until 5th Dec) – In promotion of Givenchy fragrances, a premium and festive stand is located outside Boots, offering fragrance samples and driving sales into Boots
  • Dior(6th – 27th Dec) – In promotion of Dior fragrances, an exclusive and delicately decorated stand will be located outside Boots to offer fragrance samples and drive customers into store for purchase


  • JP Morgan(Until 4th Dec, and 18th-29th December) – To celebrate the launch of its new banking app, JP Morgan is hosting a digital immersive experience called The Chase Octagon. The five-minute immersive and interactive experience will take visitors into a space that will relax their mind, energise them physically, or unleash their creativity. Visitors who take part can expect a surprise gift at the end


  • Bosch(Until 22nd Dec) – The brand is offering visitors an experiential challenge, promoting Bosch FreshUp, the world’s first portable odour removal device
  • Oculus(27th – 28th Nov) – In promotion of Oculus, the VR headsets redefining gaming, an immersive brand activation showcased their product range providing the ideal tech gift inspiration for festive shoppers, with live product demonstrations and the opportunity to engage with the products in person
  • Deezer(Until 29th Dec) – The online streaming service will be promoting the Mariah Carey Christmas playlist for the festive season as part of a static campaign
  • Lenovo(11th Dec) – In promotion of Lenovo Legion’s latest gaming PC and to kick off their nationwide gaming competition, a gaming arena with satellite gaming stations will offer visitors the chance to play the vehicular soccer game, Rocket League, as well as professional gamer matches inside the arena – an exciting gaming activation for the whole family to enjoy


  • Nike(14th – 21st Dec) – As part of a wider campaign, Nike is bringing the ‘Nike Kids Play Lab’ to offer a series of fun games to encourage kids to play – the games are created by kids, for kids
  • Ploom(18th – 29th Nov) – In addition to their pop-up store inside Westfield London, the premium heated tobacco brand, Ploom, brought back their experiential shipping container to a site outside Shepherd’s Bush Underground station. The activation offered product demonstrations and trials to those over 18, driving sales to their pop-up
  • Pernod(4th – 5th Dec) – In promotion of Pernod Ricard’s delicious new wine range, Leaps & Bounds, exclusive wine tasting will be offered from a bar and lounge area. In addition, the pop-up will showcase a range of other Pernod Ricard products with Christmas gifting options for all the festive shoppers to browse



  • Givenchy(Until 5th Dec) – In collaboration with the Givenchy fragrance line-up, Boots is hosting and offering a premium festive experience this year with fragrance samples on offer
  • Dior(6th – 27th Dec) – In promotion of Dior fragrances, an exclusive, and delicately decorated stand will be located outside Boots to offer fragrance samples and drive customers into store for purchase


  • ZYN(Until 12th Dec) – Returning to Westfield Stratford City for the second time this year, Zyn is promoting their nicotine pouches offering product samples from an experiential stand
  • Ploom (6thDec – 2nd Jan) – Following their activation at Westfield London, Ploom will bring their container set up over to Westfield Stratford visitors, offering product trials and demonstrations to drive brand awareness

It’s exciting to welcome such globally-recognised brands to launch interactive, in-person pop-up events and experiences for visitors to discover and enjoy.”
