Christopher Ward selects Tryzens to update eCommerce platform
Digital commerce consultancy Tryzens extends its portfolio of clients after being chosen by Christopher Ward to enhance its online platform.
Christopher Ward, the Berkshire-based watch brand, has announced that it has chosen Tryzens to transform its eCommerce platform. The improvements to the platform are set to enhance Christopher Ward’s online experience and produce a website that can support its aims to grow its customer base both regionally and globally.
Adapting to evolving customer shopping habits, Christopher Ward will be moving away from its current platform to Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The move to Commerce Cloud will upgrade the platform’s capabilities and agility by generating real-time predictions for every shopper, as well as recommending the best products for customers and flexibility to grow unimpeded by traditional technology constraints.
Mike France, CEO and Co-founder at Christopher Ward said: “Providing a unique, first class experience for our customers has always been a priority for us. Our direct, online-only business model makes premium quality watches more affordable, cutting out the retail middleman and challenging industry conventions. This has allowed us to develop a following of loyal customers, and we want to return the favour by offering them the best experience. To give our customers the best possible service we need to implement the newest and latest features to help raise our brand image and we have recently raised extra funding to help us do this. As a result, we’re focusing on upgrading our website to help deliver an enhanced eCommerce platform fit for our customer base.”
Andy Burton, CEO, Tryzens, added: “We are very happy to be working with Christopher Ward during this exciting time. They are growing at a rapid rate and need an eCommerce platform that helps them secure new customers, not hinder their relationship with customers. We will be leveraging the expertise of all those involved to create a market-leading experience. With the website due to go live in the first half of 2020, we have the time and resources to develop a leading platform which will allow Christopher Ward to stay competitive in this tough and ever-changing sector.”
