Students save at Co-op with TOTUM (new name for NUS extra) partnership

Students pocket extra value at Co-op through its partnership with TOTUM, the new name for NUS extra, with savings in-store at its 2,600 outlets UK-wide.

The Co-op – which is the only grocer to partner with TOTUM – has offered students a convenient 10% saving since 2013.

In addition to the 10% discount on groceries, students who are Members of the Co-op can unlock additional value through the convenience retailer’s Membership programme.

Members of the Co-op receive in-store offers, and are rewarded with 2p in every pound they spend on Co-op branded products which is added to their own personal Membership account balance. The Co-op also donates the same amount to local causes.

Scottish students are also eligible for the same 10% discount with their Young Scot card.

Emma Parkes, Co-op Partnership Manager, said: “We are proud of our long-standing partnership with TOTUM which supports students at a key time in their lives. With a store in every postal area, we are pleased to give students a helping hand with access to quality and value, conveniently, whether they are at home or University.”
