ST MARTIN’S COURTYARD ROLLS OUT THE LAWN THIS SUMMER

Longmartin Properties Ltd, a joint venture between Shaftesbury and The Mercers’ Company, kick started their summer pop-up, The Lawn, last weekend. Home to a host of feel-good experiences throughout the summer, the inner-city pop-up garden is available at St Martin’s Courtyard and Mercer Walk until the end of August.

A range of bespoke events and workshops covering beauty, fashion, food and culture, will be hosted by the destination’s handpicked mix of retailers, restaurants and wellbeing outlets. Tenants including Blow Ltd, Temper, Maison Bab, Dalla Terra and Pineapple Dance Studios are coming together to celebrate summer and support Pride.

Alongside hosting a wide range of activities, Help Refugees will be showcasing A Choose Love Flower Wall, offering people the chance to donate alongside the opportunity to purchase one of Katharine Hamnett’s iconic Choose Love T-shirts.

Commenting on behalf of Longmartin Properties Ltd, Simon Taylor, Property Director at The Mercers’ Company, said: “Longmartin Properties is committed to creating memorable experiences for visitors and retailers alike. The Lawn is a fantastic activation to bring people together, and showcase our range of creative retailers in the heart of the West End, plus supporting a selection of great causes and charities.”

Longmartin Properties recently announced the completion of the £10 million refurbishment of 143 Long Acre. The flagship retail store is located at the gateway to Covent Garden and includes five floors of office space and a roof terrace.
