Selfridges Group Welcomes Hugo Boss and Fora to its Renovated Oxford Street Building

Selfridges and its West End neighbourhood are set to welcome international fashion brand HUGO BOSS, and workspace provider Fora at The Parcels Building on Oxford Street. The building is being refurbished to the highest standard and will see the businesses join the Selfridges neighbourhood from Spring 2022.

The Parcels Building has been part of the Selfridges neighbourhood since 2011, and the completed building is set to rate Excellent in line with BREEAM standards, a commendable rating for the refurbishment of an existing building. With a combination of offices and high-profile retail spaces overlooking Duke Street and Oxford Street, The Parcels Building has been designed by RIBA gold medal winning architects Grafton Associates and will become a landmark in the reinvigorated Oxford Street district. The 45,000 sq ft building has capacity to house 20,000 sq ft of retail space in total, with HUGO BOSS set to become the lead retail occupier after signing for a new 8,000 sq ft space, set to open its doors in Spring 2022.

In addition, 25,000 sq ft across six stories of the upper floors of the building will be transformed into premium flexible workspace operated by Fora, the leader in cultural co-working spaces. The Fora space will host both shared and private workspace, as well as including culturally curated lounges and a barista bar to cater to discerning individuals and ambitious businesses, designed to infuse calm while encouraging productivity. The occupancy will also include a two-floor event space that will showcase an expansive terrace with views across the region.

Tim Reade, Director of Asset Management, Selfridges Group said:

“We are delighted to welcome HUGO BOSS and Fora to the neighbourhood as lead occupiers in The Parcels Building. This represents a significant step forward for Oxford Street and will be another draw for visitors to the Selfridges Neighbourhood. We look forward to the brands being part of the regeneration of the area.”

Volker Herre, Managing Director Western Europe & Middle East HUGO BOSS said:
