Retail Assist ‘Strikes’ a New Customer

The MSP welcomes Hollywood Bowl Group to their customer list

Retail Assist are delighted to announce their latest customer, Hollywood Bowl Group.

Hollywood Bowl Group operate over 60 bowling alley centres across the UK, along with 3 Putt Stars mini-golf centres. The IT services and solutions provider will offer support through their IT Help Desk to Hollywood Bowl Group’s centres.

Retail Assist’s IT Help Desk runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, making them the perfect hospitality partner to cover the extended trading hours required by Hollywood Bowl Group.

Dave Wilson, IT Director at Hollywood Bowl Group, said: “We initially managed our IT support requirements internally but, thanks to our success, we needed to find an outsourcing partner so that our internal teams can focus on business growth instead. Alongside helpdesk support, Retail Assist will also manage the relationship with Barron McCann, who will provide hardware maintenance support that delivers a nationwide 4-hour response for high priority issues, enabling the rapid repair or replacement of faulty devices. Barron McCann also provides engineering support to undertake on-site investigations into the cause of faults that cannot be diagnosed by Hollywood Bowl Group colleagues on site or remotely.
