Paris Retail Awards 2018: the finalists are revealed!

Paris Retail Week, the annual event that brings together the community of major international retail players, is making technological innovation the focus for its awards ceremony. The awards will acknowledge the best innovations and projects at a dedicated ceremony on Monday 10th September at Porte de Versailles.

With categories ranging from digitalisation of the point of sale to digital marketing, the Paris Retail Awards will recognise the best service providers and initiatives in terms of solutions for retailers. Six categories are judged by 19 renowned retail professionals, offering the winners invaluable 360° visibility among essential industry leaders.

The finalists have been selected based on the following criteria: innovation of the solution presented, efficiency on the market and profitability of initial results obtained.

Start-ups in the spotlight: the Rookie Of The Year Award!

The Rookie Of The Year prize will reward three young innovative French start-ups. The winner of the award will be determined by the professional retail audience at Paris Retail Week. Previous winners have benefited hugely from great financial opportunities.

  • Arcane – Facilitates product flow management using Machine Learning algorithms.
  • Merito – Recruitment platform for shops. Secondment of employees or employee sharing.
  • Neos –  3-in-1 mobile multi-banner application, abolishing till queues.

Céline Del Genes, Global Vice-President Football Concept to Consumer at Adidas and Chair of the jury says: “Driven by the digital transformation and marked by the diversity of new technological solutions, the market is extremely dynamic.
