Masterclass launched to help retailers win at omnichannel

Omnia Retail, a leading pricing and online marketing automation software provider, has announced the launch of a masterclass on automation in omnichannel retail.

The event, taking place at Hilton London Angel Islington on 10 October, is aimed specifically at UK retailers looking to improve their omnichannel offering.

The interactive masterclass will discuss how the dynamics of retail have changed and what innovative retailers can do to stay competitive. It will also offer best practice advice on providing a seamless shopping experience, and how automation can help retailers overcome the current challenges facing the sector.

Delegates will hear from Omnia Retail’s expert team, and a range of industry heavyweights including Roger van Engelen, principal at global management consulting firm AT Kearney and Jos Mulder, marketing and pricing manager at Nextail.

Sander Roose, founder and CEO of Omnia Retail, said: “The retail landscape of today has changed. The rise of the internet has caused a power shift from the retailer to the consumer. As digital and in-store experiences blur and price transparency increases, competition amongst retailers is fiercer than ever. To adapt to this competitive reality, retailers face numerous new challenges around offering a multichannel approach. That’s why we have launched this masterclass – to help retailers do what matters most: win at omnichannel retail.”

Omnia Retail works with more than 100 leading retailers across Europe, including Decathlon, Samsung and Office Depot, to implement optimal pricing and marketing strategies. It has just launched in the UK as part of its ongoing international growth plans following sustained success within the European market.
