As shopping habits have changed and evolved during the COVID crisis, brand experience experts, Clements Create have worked tirelessly to support their clients. Drawing on Team Create’s depth of capabilities to provide unique and innovative solutions in helping to keep the nation fed.

One of these projects that Clements has worked their magic on is Heinz To Home, a direct-to-consumer shopping initiative where bundles of core Heinz products can be ordered through a dedicated website and delivered direct to locked-down customers, with the added benefit of free shipping to NHS heroes and other emergency service workers.

With time to market being of paramount importance Kraft Heinz turned to Clements Create, knowing their warehouse and logistics teams could react immediately, coordinating storage in their 60,000 sq ft facility, collating the orders and producing the packaging, before getting the bundles of deliciousness delivered to hungry shoppers and key workers.

From initial concept brief, Team Create had the first deliveries arriving with customers within 10 days, Clements running the full system, from website, payments, fulfilment, and delivery. A totally integrated solution for Heinz and allowing the nation to still enjoy their favourite foods during uncertain times.

Heinz To Home has proved so successful with consumers, the collection of bundles are being expanded and even includes The Baby Bundle; a best-selling range of jars, pouches and tubs for little Heinz lovers to enjoy!
