Harvey Maria joins the mix at Bridge Baker

Harvey Maria’s Parquet Charcoal has been chosen by Bridge Baker, in South West London, for its new artisan bakery and food store.  Located on Wandsworth Bridge Road, the new bakery’s contemporary rustic design incorporates grainy wood and bare bricks.  Parquet Charcoal creates an eye-catching feature in front of the main counter area, with practical benefits.  The flooring was supplied and installed by Wimbledon and Fulham-based Trade Carpet, also located on Wandsworth Bridge Road.

“Born & Bread in SW6”, Bridge Baker was set up by local resident, Gauri Nafrey.

It adopts old world bakery philosophies, using natural ingredients, traditional baking methods and serving only freshly baked product daily.   It is also a global bakery, producing authentic products from all over the world, alongside home-made jams and wholesome brunches.

In front of the timber-clad counter, Parquet Charcoal creates a stylish contrast.  The geometric design, by Neisha Crosland, has a bold celtic-inspired motif.   Charcoal is the darkest colour in the collection, which includes ten shades in neutrals, pastels and heritage tones.
