Debenhams’ 2020 Christmas Campaign inspires thoughtful gifting

British retailer Debenhams launches its 2020 Christmas campaign centering on thoughtful gifting for all the family. For the first time in the brand’s history, the Christmas campaign features and celebrates real families from across the UK.

With regional stores supporting the search for the cast of this year’s “Giftastic” campaign, the Debenhams team hunted high and low to find real families from across the UK who have proved themselves to be Debenhams’ most dedicated Christmas shoppers from customers and staff alike.

The families reflect the UK population’s diversity, something that is important to the brand DNA. The families showcase what Christmas really means to them and how they celebrate this magical time of year with love being at the centre of each and everyone’s stories. They share just how important gestures and gifts are at this time of year no matter how big or small and what items they’ll be buying this Christmas for friends, family and loved ones.

Debenhams continues to lead the way on the high street as a gifting destination. A one stop-shop for all your gifting needs, Debenhams continues to offer something for all the family. Beauty gifts are particularly key to this year’s campaign and continue to be the most sought-after gift for Christmas wish lists.

With a focus on luxury brands for him and her, the campaign showcases luxury brands. Gift sets across skincare, makeup and fragrance are also available to suit every loved one’s needs with prices starting from as little as £5.

Debenhams will also continue to offer its customers the biggest range of 3for2 on the high street. This covers a huge range of gifts to alleviate the pressure on family budgets and allow people to enjoy the holiday season after what has been such a difficult year.

The campaign, which was created and produced by some of the best creatives, producers and musicians globally whilst working from home during COVID 19 restrictions, will run across digital, social media and print. The campaign will launch on Wednesday 11 November.
