boohoo partners with The Brain Coach for new Mental Health Awareness Campaign

Boohoo revealed 70% of their customers dislike their bodies from a recent poll and as part of the brand’s wider dedication to empowering young men and women global e-tailer boohoo has announced a new campaign for Mental Health Awareness Week in collaboration with neuropsychologist The Brain Coach

The Body Cleanse campaign comprises of a seven-step plan which creates practical, habit-forming steps to encourage the public to speak more kindly to their bodies. The campaign hopes to increase confidence and love for everyone’s uniqueness.

The plan has been certified and created in conjunction with The Brain Coach, offering a step-by-step guide taught by Nawal alongside a 7-day interactive PDF plan for customers to fill out and keep post their 7-day plan. Boohoo x The Brain Coach’s plan includes support in:

  • Learning about yourself and indentation of your values
  • A Spring social media cleanout
  • Comparison combatting
  • Being your biggest supporter and identifying your emotions

Alongside the 7-day plan, boohoo has onboarded a selection of influencers to undertake the challenge, in hopes of encouraging their audiences to get involved and change their body perception this Mental Health Awareness Week.

The plan can be followed on both boohoo’s Instagram and website, alongside The Brain Coach’s social platforms. boohoo are also encouraging participants to document their progress by tagging @boohoo and #boohooforyou.
