New for 2023 are the Retail Technology Show x RETHINK Retail store tours, hosted by retail influencer Ian Scott, which take place on the day before the show (25 April) and take in the bricks-and-mortar retailers shaking up and innovating the store scene. The very latest tech that can give retailers the edge they need to create first-mover advantage has been curated in the dedicated Discovery Zone, which showcases solutions exhibiting for the first time. New tech suppliers include CircularX, a SaaS solution enabling retailers to offer second hand or pre-loved commerce, chat and social commerce platform, SleekFlow, and Coalescent, a mobile robotics provider.
