Two Weeks until KIOSK LONDON EXPO 2012

KIOSK LONDON EXPO 2012 returns to The Barbican in London on the 17th and 18th October 2012. This will be the show’s second year and it is gathering momentum. We are delighted with the number of solutions companies exhibiting this year and it promises to be an exciting event. Companies that have already pre-registered include: Argos, Debenhams, Post Office, Ikea, Barclays Bank and many more.

KIOSK LONDON EXPO 2012 is the United Kingdom’s only conference and exhibition completely dedicated to the self-service industry.

“The UK is at the forefront of the self-service market,” commented Event Manager Jan Back, from hf media & events. “Kiosk London Expo is a fantastic platform to showcase the latest advances in customer service solutions from top suppliers and innovators and bring likeminded people together, strengthening the UK’s self-service market.”

The forum will run on Wednesday 17th October 2012 and features an extensive series of presentations, all free to attend, exploring a wide variety of issues relating to self-service. It has attracted industry’s specialists including Helen Patrie, Professor of Human Computer Interaction from the University of York, who will be talking about the eAccess+ Network that has been set up by the European Commission to provide information and support to developers and deployers of kiosks and self-service terminals.  Examples of best practices will be shared along with simple solutions and further support that can improve the accessibility of kiosks and self-service terminals.
