The Pour House provides customers with clear signage with help from Episys

The Pour House, a specialty liquor store based in Indiana in the US, has implemented a new signage solution, Immediate Impact™, from global information technology solutions and services company, Episys, to improve the display of prices on all products.

The drinks retailer wanted more consistent signage for all its liquor and wine and was previously creating all signage in house using a variety of printed and hand-written signs. With hundreds of products this was very time consuming and became confusing for their customers.

Anu Patel, Store Manager at The Pour House, said, “The way we used to create our signage was a mixture of hand-written signs stuck onto the edge of shelves as well as some printed signs. It wasn’t clear for our customers which led to confusion and ultimately lost sales. We knew we needed a better system in place and decided to evaluate the market to see what was out there.”
