Shoppercentric Bolsters Expert Team with New Director

Shoppercentric, an independent agency specialising in shopper behaviour research, has announced that it has appointed Louise Lear –former qualitative research freelancer, as a Director.

Lear’s main responsibility will be helping brands to further develop their retail strategy through detailed qualitative research and assessing any impact on branding.

The team are extremely happy with the decision; “With 17 years of experience in the research industry – 13 of those at top 10 blue chip UK research agencies and the last five years freelancing for agencies specialising in retail research (ourselves included), we couldn’t be happier that Louise is joining us on a permanent basis.  We’ve worked with her closely enough these past few years to know she’s going to be another excellent addition to the team. Which means even more hands on experience is available to our clients.”

Lear got her first fix of shopper research at Research International in the early 90s and went on to become a Director in the qualitative Brand Development unit of TRBI (now Synovate).   She left in 2006 to become an Independent Researcher and has continued to specialise in retail and shopper research ever since.
