Retail Business Technology Expo 2013 Confirms MICROS’ Attendance

Retail Business Technology Expo (RBTE) 2013 has announced that MICROS, a global leader in technology solutions for retailers, is the latest world-class solution provider to sign up.

Helen Slaven, Senior Vice President EAME, MICROS, said: “We intend to showcase our latest pay-as-you-go Software as a Service (SaaS)-based point of sale solution, MICROS Cloud POS, with e-commerce integration and a cloud based promotion engine. The entire application will be run in a browser with a single tablet as a single POS or it can be run on a number of POS at different locations offering mobility, flexibility and scalability.”

 

In addition, MICROS will be showcasing a range of solutions for retailers of all sizes including store solutions to enable the multi-channel customer experience and its e-commerce, call centre and m-commerce platform.  Also on show will be solutions to enable a single view of the customer – CRM and loyalty; personalised in store guided selling, Business Analytics, Loss Prevention, Merchandise Planning and Workforce Management.
