New Website Launch: Birthday Present for retail specialists

Formbar Limited celebrated a decade in business by launching a brand new website that can be viewed on all platforms and massively improves the user-interface. The large range of shopping trolleys, baskets and accessories are displayed simply with improved navigation and functionality throughout the site.

Marketing Manager Hannah Lewis said “Our customers old and new needed to have a simpler way of searching our extensive product information and this site gives that cross-platform usability. Since launching the site last week our enquiries and orders have significantly increased. The new site is a great way to propel Formbar into the 10 years of trading”

The shifts, twists and unexpected turns in the retail industry over the last 10 years that Formbar has been in business have been huge and the industry does not seem likely to settle down anytime soon.

51% of the UK population feel that digital innovation is moving too fast which is a great reason to continue to invest in bricks and mortar stores that offer a good traditional service.  To keep up with the digital age stores need to make it is as easy as possible for customers with attractive in store only offers, sturdy and ergonomic baskets and trolleys and clear signage to direct customers to exactly what they are looking for.

In 2016 it is predicted that 1 in every 5 retail purchases will be made online so all retailers need to consider if selling online is the right solution to keep the tills ringing, perhaps offering a ‘click & collect’ service or even local or national delivery . We have order picking trolleys that we are happy to discuss with retailers to work out exactly what is the correct solution for a store trialling or expanding their online sales.

Formbar’s new website is being developed by Cube Studios Limited.
