Marketing Week Live Launches Out Of Home Zone

Marketing Week Live has announced that it will launch an “Out of Home Media” Zone as part of its plans for the 2013 event. The new zone and its accompanying Conference programme will be delivered in partnership with trade association and industry promotional body, the Outdoor Media Centre. The zone is the direct result of research at the 2012 event which showed that almost half of show visitors (47%) were likely to engage with an out of home marketing area at the event.

 

Over 13,300 marketers attended the 2012 event with almost ¾ being manager or director level and controlling annual budgets which averaged £970,000.  Combined with around 500 exhibitors, the Marketing Week Live visitor numbers have established the event as one of Europe’s largest trade gathering for marketers.

They are hungry for practical information, meaningful insights and useful contacts to help them understand the opportunities OOH presents. The OOH zone, which will be situated alongside other new initiatives for 2013, Ask the Agency Experts and Career Development. Other areas in the event cover retail, live marketing, data, insight, digital, promotional merchandise and customer loyalty.
