The Future of Customer Experience is designed to assist businesses in understanding the unique opportunity that real-time conversations hold for retaining and developing customer relationships and creating true advocacy. Speakers will begin at 9am with a series of presentations, and a networking lunch and opportunity to discuss the morning’s highlights will be provided from 12.15pm onwards.
