JOE & THE JUICE SHAKE THINGS UP ON FULHAM ROAD

The Sloane Stanley Estate has today announced the signing of popular juice bar and cafe, Joe & The Juice, at 299 Fulham Road due to open in December.

The brand will take a 2,130 sq ft unit with space for 50 covers.  Designed by an in-house team, the interior will create a spacious and on-trend destination for modern, health-conscious consumers.  Joe & The Juice will sell its popular and salubrious menu of freshly prepared juices, smoothies, shots, sandwiches and coffee.b

Founded in Copenhagen in 2002, Joe & The Juice has since firmly established itself with over 200 locations across Europe and America.  Alongside the healthy food and drink menu, the brand is well known for not following the usual service guidelines and customer handbooks, they instead create a natural, unique and inclusive store experience through inspired and empowered employees.

This news follows the recent announcement of a UK debut standalone showroom for luxury paint specialists, Benjamin Moore, on Fulham Road.  Earlier this this year, Sloane Stanley also welcomed a UK debut flagship for French furniture and interior design specialists, Silvera, at 241-245 Kings Road.  Italian pizzeria, Lievito, also opened its UK debut pizza and craft beer dining concept at 273 Fulham Road in March.

Sloane Stanley is one of the oldest landowning estates in London.  The Estate owns and manages hundreds of residential and commercial properties on the King’s Road and Fulham Road.

Serving a catchment of over 8.5 million people, the Estate has a Total Comparison Goods market potential of £555.5 million.  Dominated by premium and accessible premium brands that account for 74% of the total offer – which is much higher than the benchmark average of 50% – the area ranks in the top 3% of 4,300 Retail Footprint ranked centres nationally.
