Ixonos to design an OmniChannel customer experience for Sherri Hill

Gigya to power customer identity management and digital loyalty solutions for the iconic fashion brand´s next generation mobile app

London — October 2, 2015 — Ixonos PLC (OMS:XNS1V), an award-winning creative technology company, has been selected to design and deliver a next generation OmniChannel customer experience for Sherri Hill, a leading American fashion designer specializing in formal evening wear. Scheduled for release in late 2015, the mobile app will provide customers with an engaging experience designed to drive brand loyalty and purchases. The user-centric design will seamlessly integrate a loyalty program and social sharing, among other key features.

The collaboration between Ixonos, Gigya and Sherri Hill will leverage data-driven strategies, user-centric design and cloud-based marketing technology to address the high expectations of millennial shoppers. Ixonos has already created the conceptual design based on extensive research and insight from Sherri Hill. Gigya’s powerful customer identity and access management (CIAM) and loyalty solutions will be incorporated to create a unique user experience for Sherri Hill´s customers.
