Helly Hansen inspires consumers with Catwalk campaign


Technical sportswear brand, Helly Hansen, has launched its latest communication campaign for 2012 – the Helly Hansen Catwalk. The campaign will run throughout the duration of the year, providing a creative  platform for the brand to showcase the very best of its product range, alongside the latest trends in contemporary Scandinavian style.

Helly Hansen’s Catwalk is inspired by the outdoors. Its runways are found in the oceans, mountains and forests, and its models are the professionals who work in the harshest environments on earth. The unique campaign has been created to inspire and motivate consumers to reflect the Helly Hansen Catwalk, by showcasing the best of what they can do on their own  ”catwalk”.

 

Helly Hansen draws inspiration from its Norwegian roots. By combining sophisticated Scandinavian fashion with a passion for the outdoors, the brand is able to offer the very best in protection and style to its consumers. Helly Hansen is already renowned for its heritage in producing performance clothing, and with a growing trend in those wanting to purchase kit to make them look and feel good during outdoor activity, Catwalk will enable the brand to communicate  high-end fashion directly to the consumer.

 

The fully integrated campaign will be heavily supported through print and online advertising, PR, in-store promotions, POS materials, brand ambassadors and social media. In addition, Helly Hansen has teamed up with Norwegian Tourist Board, Fjord Norway, to provide consumers with the opportunity to win a unique experience on some of Helly Hansen’s most awe-inspiring Norwegian ”catwalks”, by submitting images of outdoor adventures on their own unique ”catwalk”.
