Dolittles revamps in-store customer communications with Episys

Dolittles, the Pet and Aquatic Superstore, has transformed the way it produces all in-store signage and significantly improved customer service following the implementation of the Enterprise Communication Suite from Episys, a global information technology services company.

 

The Episys solution now enables Dolittles to create professional and consistent in-store signage across its retail estate. The implementation will transform in-store communications, improving customer experience and creating a better retail environment. Additionally, time saved in the production of signage will be significantly reduced.

 

The Enterprise Communication Suite is a cloud based system which will allow Dolittles to produce bespoke signage in a very simple and straightforward way, enabling the company to react quickly to promotions and new product introductions.
