DED at the Retail Business Technology Expo 2012

Showing a comprehensive selection of POS equipment from industry leading manufacturers such as Star Micronics, Honeywell (Metrologic), Posiflex, Cipherlab, Nippon Primex and Datacard, DED will be exhibiting at The Retail Business Technology Expo at Earl’s Court in London on stand number 413.

 

DED will be demonstrating their range of EPOS hardware, featuring EPOS printers, mobile printers and cash drawers from Star Micronics. Posiflex barcode scanners and touch screen terminals will be on show, specifically the lowest cost fan free dual core touch screen terminal available the KS-7215 and the new KS-7615 fan free touch screen terminal. Data collection terminals from Cipherlab and barcode scanners from Honeywell (Metrologic) will also be on show alongside touchscreens, customer displays and cash drawers from Tysso.

Featured on the stand this year will be the T5-LPC loyalty system from DED. The T5-LPC is a simple, low cost “PC-Free” customer loyalty solution designed for retailers who want to introduce an independent promotional loyalty scheme to their customers. Enabling loyalty cards to be printed and updated on demand at the Point of Sale in just a few seconds, this system uses the most up-to-date customer details and offers relevant promotions and information to customers’ at the most appropriate times. No extra software is required to set the T5-LPC system up; it provides an instant loyalty solution straight out of the box.

DED will also be showcasing desktop plastic card printers from their newly available Datacard range, demonstrating how quick and easy it can be to personalise and print gift cards and loyalty cards on demand at the point of purchase.
