Customer Counting at CSL Sofa Specialists generates positive results

After initial trials of Axiomatic’s RECAP People counting solution, successful sofa specialists CSL has seen a dramatic improvement in sales at stores where Axiomatic’s customer counters are deployed.  Paul Griffin, Senior Area Manager at CSL said that using Axiomatic’s reporting it was clear that sales conversion rates and store performance improved where the managers knew that the footfall was being measured.  The solution is now being rolled out to all of CSL’s stores.
