CADA creates Krispy Kreme’s Crimbo campaign

CADA Design Group has created Krispy Kreme’s latest retail marketing campaign entitled the ‘Dozen Days of Christmas’. The campaign centres on Krispy Kreme’s famous dozen boxes of doughnuts. Three new festive varieties have been produced in-line with the launch, namely: Coconut Snowball, Christmas Sprinkles and Rudolph the Reindeer.

A promotional offer has been created around the activity titled the ‘Festive Double Dozen Deal’. Customers can buy two x 12 packs of delicious doughnuts at a discounted price throughout their ICU units in Tesco and WHSmiths, and in addition they will be offered green bags, money off vouchers and bounce back vouchers in their own branded stores.

CADA has created a suite of in-store communication materials and campaign identifiers for the campaign initiative including promotional posters, window decals, packaging, wrapping, ticketing, table talkers and point-of-sale materials. The designs are consistent with Krispy Kreme’s branding and the communication devices harmonise across all media platforms including digital and PR.

‘Krispy Kreme is the apex brand in its category and the challenge here is to make its communications relevant to the UK market, whilst retaining the core brand values of a well known global enterprise,’ comments David Anderson, founder director of CADA Design Group.
