Bloom & Wild was formed on the ethos that it should be a joy to send and receive flowers. In the two years since Bloom & Wild started trading, the company now delivers several thousand bouquets per week nationwide. Until now, all Bloom & Wild deliveries have been via Royal Mail¹s next day delivery service.
As part of its on-going commitment to improving the customer experience, Bloom & Wild recognised the powerful impact that could be achieved through same day delivery instead of having a 24 hour wait before an order is received.

Bloom & Wild partnered with Shutl based on the companys strong track record and reputation in the same day delivery space and Shutls technical capabilities. As the Shutl platform can integrate seamlessly with eCommerce sites, implementation of the system at Bloom & Wild was straightforward and smooth.
Through Shutl, Bloom & Wild customers can now choose to have their flowers delivered within two hours of the order being placed or within a defined delivery timeslot that day.
